Rally Locator reserves the right to refuse any advertisments that are considered inappropriate, misleading, or considered to be not in the interest of Rally Locator and its clients. This discretion is reserved solely at the right of Rally Locator and its staff. Your company will be advised if the content of your ad is innapropriate to allow you the opportunity to revise it before the posting date. All ad space is non-refundable. Any ad space that is purchased without submission of an ad will feature the text of your company name and/or event name with a link to your site.

When a ad space is purchased it will be removed from the availability list within 24-48 hours. You are provided a "second choice option " on the order form for cases where your desired ad space is purchased a day or two before your order is received. We will contact you to inform you that your alternate was assigned.

All artwork is due no later than 10 days prior to its posting period. Artwork is subject to approval by Rally Locator so it is recommended that you submit your artwork further in advance when possible. Content cannot include nudity, vulgarity, racist or sexist comments. We do not allow advertising by any pornographic related sites. Additional conditions are subject to the discretion of Rally Locator to be appropriate. Your order form will include a description of your planned advertisement content and is subject to approval based on the consistency with the description at the time your artwork is submitted.

Button ads cannot exceed 23K in size. Banner ads cannot exceed 30K in size. All ads must be in GIF format or animated GIF format. We do not allow flash files or other formats to ensure the ad can be viewed by all users and the site loads properly and efficiency for all visitors.
